Who we are

Coremind s.r.o. (“Coremind”, “we”), a software studio based in Bratislava, Slovakia, is the data controller for personal data processed through this website. For anything privacy-related, email ceo@coremind.sk.

What we collect & why

Contact & project briefs. When you submit the contact form or a project brief, we receive what you send — typically your name, email, company, role, budget/timeline and a description of your project. We use it solely to reply and to scope possible work. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

Analytics. If you accept the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, approximate region, device/browser). Nothing analytics-related runs before you consent. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Security & delivery logs. Our hosting provider processes technical request data (e.g. IP address, user agent) to serve the site, prevent abuse and keep it secure. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a safe, working website.

Cookies

We keep cookies to a minimum:

• —Consent choice — a single value stored in your browser (cm_consent) so we remember whether you accepted analytics. Strictly necessary, set without consent, no tracking.
• —Analytics cookies — Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*), set only after you accept. Decline and they are never set.

To withdraw analytics consent, clear this site’s cookies/site data in your browser — the banner will ask again.

Who we share data with

We don’t sell your data. We use a small set of trusted processors:

• —Resend — delivers form submissions to our inbox (email infrastructure).
• —Cloudflare — hosting, CDN and security for the site.
• —Google — Analytics, only with your consent.

Some of these operate outside the EU/EEA (e.g. the United States). Where that happens, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

Form submissions are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting working relationship, then deleted or archived. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics retention settings. Ask us anytime and we’ll tell you what we hold.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to: access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To exercise any of these, email ceo@coremind.sk.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Slovak supervisory authority, the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR), dataprotection.gov.sk.
